apple ginger cupcakes
These babies are my first “gourmet” cupcake; gourmet being anything thats not your standard yellow, vanilla, or chocolate cupcake. An adult flavor, if you will. I used the recipe from Chow.com except I used a little less than a tablespoon of ground ginger and I messed around with the icing.
